Wintern Mock Assessment Center

Date: 23 November 2018

Location: 32L.G.02

Wintern is partnering with LSE’s Business & Finance Guild and Women in Business to hold a 4-hour mock Assessment Centre. This would typically mimic that of leading consultancy and financial firms, testing key skills which most consultancies, financial institutions and start-ups will look for through online SHL psychometric testing, and on the day group exercise, individual case-study and interview. Each student will be provided with individual feedback and a performance scorecard.
Wintern has taken an initiative to provide various SMEs and Start-ups across the UK with pre-vetted interns from University of Bath, Queen Mary University and LSE amongst other top-tier universities. This pool of pre-qualified candidates, known as the Wintern Community, is created from students who have attended and succeeded at their assessment centres.
(NOTE – This is an actual assessment centre that could lead to potential work experience opportunities so please prepare accordingly)
